Product Description
Appearance:
Food-grade calcium lactate, complying with the GB 1886.21-206 standard, is a food-grade organic calcium additive produced by the neutralization reaction of lactic acid and a calcium source. It is a white granular powder with excellent solubility, easily soluble water, mild taste without bitterness, and higher bioavailability than inorganic calcium. It is mainly used as a calcium nutritional fortifier in food, and can also serve as a quality improver and agent, applied in fields such as beverages, baking, gel foods, and dairy products.
Application Areas:
1)Nutritional fortification: Calcium element supplementation for dairy products, plant protein, infant foods, and cereal products.
2) Processing aids: Gelling agent for jelly and gel foods, quality improver for flour-based and baked foods.
3)ering and regulation: Acidity buffering and system stabilization for fermented foods and beverages.
4)Others: Calcium source raw material for health supplements and pet.
Standard packaging:
25kg/bag (plastic inner and woven outer), customizable upon.
Storage requirements:
Store in a sealed, cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse, away from moisture sources and strong oxidants, and avoid direct sunlight.
Shelf life:
24 months under original sealed packaging conditions.
